The Sabre SeaPort-e Team includes partners with extensive Navy experience as well as Small Businesses with new and diversified capabilities.. Our partners include a mix of Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB); Woman-Owned Businesses; HUBZone Programs; and ServiceDisabled Veteran-Owned Businesses. Additionally, Sabre has entered into a mentoring relationship with one of our partners, ARServices, Limited. As a former SDB and successful graduate of the 8(a) program, Sabre is committed to the success of our Small Business partners. In response to an RFP/RFQ issued under SeaPort-e, Sabre will analyze the requirements and provide the best possible solution using all resources available. Prime consideration, however, will be afforded to our Small Business partners during this analysis. One of Sabre’s goals is to always consider and utilize the talents of our Small Business partners in Functional Areas and Zones where they have the corporate experience, expertise and personnel to support the tasking.
